Chris Taccogna, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), brings over 20 years of extensive experience in accounting and business management. While completing his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Business Entrepreneurship, Chris managed a multi-million-dollar record label, publishing, and investment company. This role provided him with invaluable experience in business operations and strategic management.
After five years of dynamic business involvement, he returned to his core passion—accounting. Since then, Chris has completed his CGA (Certified General Accountant) and CPA designations and spent the past 20 years guiding clients through the complexities of the private business sector.
Chris’s expertise spans full-cycle accounting, personal and corporate tax planning, and a range of specialized engagement work, including compilations, reviews, audits, business sales (asset or share), and trust reviews.
He has a solid track record of helping businesses acquire their first line of credit with comprehensive business plans, as well as forecasting and managing operational expansions.
His combined background in accounting and business management allows him to provide clients with strategic insights across various industries, including construction, investing, entertainment, personal services, trades, and more throughout the Lower Mainland.

Marissa Taccogna, co-founder and owner of Accurate Accounting, has been integral to the company since its inception. She began supporting clients with business administrative management while studying accounting and business management at university.
Over the past 20 years, she expanded her expertise to offer comprehensive full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping services, uniquely understanding the complexities of individual business environments.
Marissa has been instrumental in assisting clients with everything from day-to-day business operations to more specialized needs, such as legal case financial preparation, cash flow management, and contract control. Her in-depth knowledge and experience in various accounting facets have enabled her to provide tailored solutions that help clients navigate challenges and achieve long-term success.
